Weekend Highlights
Friday Night Bingo: Come join us for a family night out with a favorite Assumption College tradition, Bingo. Win great prizes the whole family will enjoy.
Fall Festival: Come take part in the Annual Fall Festival. Fun for all ages! Enjoy tasty snacks like caramel apples and cotton candy from many different vendors, paint your own pumpkin masterpiece, bounce and play on some fun inflatables, enjoy a performance from Assumption’s own Hound Sound acapella group, and remember your weekend with a photo keychain!
Annual AC Idol: Assumption College’s very own version of “American Idol”! Come support your favorite Assumption singers in a friendly singing competition that features talented Assumption students in the new auditorium in Tsotsis Family Academic Center.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is the deadline for registration?
September 19, 2018 is the last day for pre-registration. On-site registration will be available during the scheduled registration times. Prices and availability may vary for on-site registration.
When and where is registration?
There are two ways to register:
Credit Card: Visit https://familyweekend2018.eventbrite.com to complete your registration (a fee will be charged).
Check: Simply fill out the attached form you received in the mail and return it to the Family Weekend Committee.
Upon receiving registration forms, a confirmation email will be sent, however no tickets will be sent home. You will be able to pick up your pre-ordered tickets and any other necessary information for the weekend at the Hagan Campus Center Info Booth during registration.
Do AC students need to pay for events?
If the student has a meal plan, he/she does not need to pay for meals in Taylor Dining Hall. Students do not need to pay for AC Idol.
What ages are appropriate during the weekend?
The weekend is full of events for all ages. There will be events for the young and the young at heart.
Can I get refunded my registration costs if I can’t come?
We do not refund any registration fees. There are no exceptions.
